Pre-conference dinner is a dinner organized by us just before the conference day to discuss the conference execution plan. A maximum of 5 members can join our pre-conference dinner those who will be selected by our management. 5 members should be from the organizing committee members, moderators, and keynote speakers. The main aim of the pre-conference dinner is to discuss and execute the plan for that conference.
