What is the process for getting an invoice for registration?

If you want an invoice for registration then kindly contact with program manager through email at [email protected] with a short description by maintaining the conference name, participation type, number of attendees, attendee's name, contact information, and address. Or kindly send us a message through the finance inquiry form or the contact us form.

When is the deadline for registration at an Event?

Generally, we accept payment till the starting day of any event. But we suggest completing the registration process as soon as possible. Speakers can choose their presentation slot after registration only. So, we recommend all speakers to complete their registration very soon after the abstract acceptance process and confirm their participation with a comfortable presentation slot. We provide presentation slots on a first registration first served basis. Early registrations will help us to prepare a good scientific program and plan accordingly. Early registration by delegates, advertisers, sponsors, and other categories will help us to arrange everything and provide all facilities in a smooth way without any burden. Participants can contact directly with our conference manager directly through email or any inquiry form for more details.

May I pay by using a credit card for the registration?

Yes, all credit cards are accepted. Payment by credit/debit card is our preferred method of payment. Additionally, we accept bank transfers. If you need a proforma invoice for bank transfers then feel free to contact us.

After completing registration can I get an email confirmation or payment receipt?

Yes. After the registration process, we will send you a payment confirmation email with attachments of the payment receipt within 2 working days.
