It is important to note that we are unable to make arrangements for visas on behalf of participants. While we lack the authority to directly engage with embassies and consulates regarding visa matters, we commit to validating participation for confirmed conference attendees during the inquiry process if necessary. All participants are advised to contact the nearest embassy of the host country to ascertain whether or not a visa is required.

To help you in the visa process we will provide an official invitation letter containing the conference title, dates, location, payment confirmation, and registration number, which is a necessary document for the visa process.

To get the official invitation letter from our side, you must complete the registration process with the full payment for your participation confirmation. So, we request you kindly complete your registration process for this conference as soon as possible, after getting your payment confirmation we will issue the official invitation letter and payment reciept within two business days. We issue the official invitation letter to Speakers, Exhibitors, Committee Members, Delegates, Accompanying Persons, and Attendees who have made full payment for their registration.

Only the Invitation Letter for the conference will be provided for visa application purposes, no other documents will be issued.

Inquiries or issues regarding the status of your visa must be addressed to the embassy or consulate of the host country of the conference, located in your country of residence.
